Cherry Stone Heat/Cool Pack

Mindfully handmade using fabric offcuts leftover from making meditation cushions.

This elongated pillow filled with cherry stones can be heated in a microwave or cooled in the freezer. The pillow fits perfectly around the neck and shoulders and stays nice and warm for up to 45 minutes, thanks to the cherry stone filling (which also smells devine!). Can also be used for the feet and around the stomach to help soothe cramps.

Useful for neck pain, shoulder complaints, muscle strain and to aid relaxation
