Wooden Mala Bead Bracelet

Buddhist Mala Prayer beads are a great addition to those who practise meditation. They work like a rosary, instead you say a mantra of your choice for each bead.

What I like about these beads is that they can be worn as a bracelet or necklace meaning you can take them everywhere & that I dont need to use a phone or timer when using my beads. I go walking in nature without electronics and can meditate while still keeping awareness of time passing. I find it takes about 30mins to get through entire 108 beads depending on the mantra and pace of breath.
