A little practice I wanted to share with you all
I find myself doing a reset atleast once throughout the day. Whether it's between two projects to recentre myself before starting something new, feeling tired or frustrated and loads of other reasons
As I work from home I am in a position where I can set down my cushion and light a candle but anywhere you can get a quiet space will do like your car for example
I find this practice brings me back to centre and reminds me of my intentions for the day
